Alexis Smalls is the founder and owner of Lue’s Haven Home Care. Her journey in healthcare began in 2015 as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), providing direct, hands-on care at the bedside. This foundational experience sparked her lifelong passion for patient advocacy and senior comfort.
Driven to make a broader impact on care quality, Alexis earned her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and achieved the prestigious credential of Certified Medical Manager (CMM). Over the years, she has mastered the complexities of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and care coordination.
Alexis founded Lue’s Haven Home Care to bridge the gap between rigorous clinical standards and heartfelt, person-centered care. By combining her administrative expertise with her caregiving roots, she ensures every client receives safe, dignified support while giving their families absolute peace of mind.
